The organization is concerned primarily with enriching sustaining and ensuring the identities, culture and economic survival of African-Americans and persons of African descent.

Our Members

Membership in The Links, Incorporated is a privilege. Membership is by invitation and application. Women invited to membership should have the following qualifications:

1) residence in the community which the chapter was chartered to serve;

2) active involvement in educational, civic and/or intercultural community activities;

3) ability to serve actively in support of the program of The Links organization;

4) willingness to assume the financial responsibilities of the organization;

5)skills and talents that will contribute to the vitality of the chapter; and

6) demonstrated ability to work with others.

The members of The Links, Incorporated are influential decision makers and opinion leaders. The Links, Incorporated has attracted many distinguished women who are individual achievers and have made a difference in their communities and the world. They are business and civic leaders, role models, mentors, activists and volunteers who work towards a common vision by engaging like-minded organizations and individuals for partnership.
